Brent oil holds above $60 as lower inventories support WTI:
Oil costs moved in inverse ways on Thursday, with Brent facilitating yet holding above $60 a barrel while a sharp fall in U.S. inventories a week ago helped WTI prospects.
Brent unrefined LCOc1 was down 9 pennies at $60.40 a barrel by 0919 GMT while West Texas Intermediate rough CLc1 was up 29 pennies at $56.07 a barrel.
