MCX Gold Price: Today, the futures price of gold and silver (MCX) declined in the domestic market. On July 12, gold futures on MCX declined by 0.45 per cent, or Rs 218, to Rs 47,807 per 10 grams. At the same time, silver futures fell 0.24 per cent, or Rs 168, to Rs 69,000 per kg. The yellow metal is down by about Rs 9,000 from last year’s high (Rs 56,200 per 10 grams).
On Friday, the price of gold on MCX rose to close at Rs 47,844. At the same time, silver fell by Rs 168 to close at Rs 68,789.
