Crude prices turned higher in morning trade on Tuesday on reports of an attack on a Libyan oil pipeline.The U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude February contract rose 31 cents, or 0.53%, to $58.78 a barrel by 9:34AM ET (14:34GMT) Tuesday.
