Gold prices traded flat shrugging off the prospect of global monetary policy tightening, while a subdued US jobs data limited losses. Gold futures for February delivery on the Comex division of the New York Mercantile Exchange rose by $0.20, or 0.02%, to $1,321.80 a troy ounce.
